Mexican Blue Palm
Brahea armata
نخيل أزرق
Striking waxy silver-blue fan leaves on a slow-growing, stocky trunk. One of the most beautiful and most drought-proof palms available, and a genuine focal point in a gravel or water-wise garden.

- How to care
- Full sun and sharply drained soil; this palm demands dry feet and will rot in heavy or wet ground. Extremely drought and heat tolerant once established, needing almost no summer irrigation. Water sparingly through the first year, then rarely. Very slow growing, so buy the size you want. Avoid overhead watering, which dulls the waxy blue bloom on the leaves.
