How to care

The brightest position you have, including some direct sun, in free-draining compost. Water thoroughly when the top few centimetres dry, reducing in winter. Feed through spring and summer, as it is a hungry plant. Leaves split naturally along the veins, which is normal and not damage. Needs a heavy pot for stability. Outdoors it wants a sheltered frost-free spot with room to spread.
